Order Processing: We typically take 2-5 business days to process, produce, packing and ship out your order after your order status shows “Confirm”.

Delivery takes about 3 – 5 business days for Malaysia nationwide, and 10 -25 business days for country outside of Malaysia.

The times quoted (if any) are given in good faith, but shall not be binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery, all dispatches will be made direct from the point of ordering. Ezy Auto Care Marketing can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Ezy Auto Care Marketing  nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.

Delivery outside of the Malaysia may be subject to local taxes and duties. We are not responsible for your local custom clearance or taxes and duties. 

Shipment tracking number will email to you once your parcel was shipped. To track your order shipping status, please logon to www.ezytouchup.com. Usually for delivery within Malaysia, we will deliver via Poslaju, Skynet, Gdex. For places out of Malaysia we usually using Flexi Pack from Pos Malaysia.
